Training
Team members are highly trained, not only in their own duties but also in each other’s. This will speed up your check-in and check-out because anyone can efficiently process your payment, help with insurance information or schedule your next appointment.
The administrative team is also trained in dental assisting, and they fully understand all of the treatment processes. For you, this means effective treatment planning and scheduling when you book your appointments.
All staff members also take part in continuing education as well as in-house meetings to stay on top of new procedures, technologies and patient care.
